These terms govern an organisation's use of Showrunner HR. By creating an account, the organisation agrees to them.
These terms are between Showrunner ApS and the organisation that signs up for Showrunner HR. They apply from the date the organisation creates an account and continue until the subscription ends.
New organisations get a 14-day free trial with full access to Showrunner HR. No card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, the organisation must add a card and subscribe to keep using the product — access is paused (not deleted) until it does.
Showrunner HR is billed monthly, per venue, in the organisation's own currency, at the then-current published price (or an individually agreed price for organisations on a custom plan). Charges are collected automatically via the card on file. Prices exclude VAT/moms, which is added where applicable.
The first subscription an organisation takes out carries a 3-month minimum term from the date it starts. The organisation is billed monthly throughout, but the subscription cannot be cancelled to take effect before the minimum term ends.
After the minimum term, an organisation can cancel at any time from its billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — access continues until then, with no partial refund for the remaining days.
The organisation owns the data it puts into Showrunner HR. It can export its candidate and employee records at any time while its account is active, and for a reasonable period after cancellation, on request.
Showrunner may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the organisation's billing contact in advance.
